Who I Am

I'm Ivaylo — a software engineer who cares about the craft. I spend most of my time building things, thinking about how AI is reshaping the way we work, and writing to make sense of it all.

I believe good software comes from clear thinking, and clear thinking comes from writing things down. This site is where I do that.

What I Write About

Software engineering, AI, tools, and the occasional reflection on work and life. Some posts are technical, some are not. All of them are honest attempts to understand something better.

This isn't a portfolio — it's a living notebook. Some ideas are half-formed, some are crystallized. That's the point.
